Tyi'Shauwn Watkins | Founder & Executive Director

Tyi'Shauwn embodies a wealth of experience in social work and case management, with a steadfast commitment to community engagement and client-centered care. Her successful organization of trainings and workshops has forged vital partnerships with community leaders and school districts, enhancing service delivery.

Grounded in evidence-based practices, she consistently achieves positive outcomes for clients through culturally sensitive interventions and dedicated resource linkageThroughout her career, Tyi'Shauwn has passionately facilitated access to housing and mental health services for diverse populations. By developing and monitoring treatment plans and coordinating interdisciplinary care, she reflects a collaborative spirit and exceptional leadership abilities.

Christina Garibaldi-Morales | Director of Program Development & Community Engagement

Christina holds a prestigious Master's Degree in Global Health Sciences from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where she cultivated a strong foundation in the intricacies of public health and clinical research. Throughout her career, she has acquired extensive experience in both non-profit organizations and academic environments, allowing her to develop a nuanced understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Her specialized skills in data management are complemented by a deep commitment to case management for vulnerable populations. Christina has worked tirelessly to support individuals living with HIV/AIDS as well as those facing the challenges of homelessness, demonstrating her compassion and dedication to improving health outcomes for those in need.

Currently, Christina is in the midst of her medical training, pursuing her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, with aspirations to further enhance her ability to serve her community. Her journey reflects her resilience and passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of others, particularly among marginalized groups. As she advances in her medical education, she remains focused on addressing health disparities and advocating for equitable healthcare solutions.

Brian Dam | Grants & Funding Manager

Brian is a committed nonprofit professional with over 13 years of experience in case management, grant writing, and community advocacy. As the Grants and Funding Manager at Loving Life Again Foundation (LLAF), he supports underserved youth and families by securing resources and supporting sustainable programs focused on resiliency and mentorship.

His background includes leading service delivery for vulnerable populations through organizations like Lutheran Social Services and Volunteers of America.

Brian is currently expanding his skills in Information Technology to strengthen LLAF’s operational capacity and digital infrastructure. He holds a bachelor's degree from California State University, Fresno, and a Grant Writing and Administration Certificate from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Brian is passionate about bridging social impact with systems improvement to help communities thrive.

Elizabeth Muniz | Executive Assistant

Elizabeth is a passionate advocate for mental health and community wellness. She is currently serving as Executive Assistant at the Loving Life Again Foundation. In her role, she supports program design, community outreach, and strategic collaboration efforts that align with the foundation’s mission of healing and empowerment.

For over 8 years, Elizabeth has worked closely with youth — dedicating herself to supporting their health, growth, and long-term success. She is a certified MediCal Peer Support Specialist who brings both lived experience and professional training to her work.

Elizabeth is deeply committed to uplifting individuals and families by helping create safe, inclusive spaces where healing and transformation can begin. She is dedicated to supporting all communities, with a strong belief that everyone deserves access to compassion, connection, and the tools to thrive.
