She had the privilege of growing up in the nurturing embrace of her remarkable single mother, Barbara Gaines, whose unwavering strength and love shaped her foundation. Alongside her wonderful brother, Clifford Von Jones II, their childhood was filled with the warmth of family bonds and shared dreams.

On January 10, 2013, she welcomed her brightest treasure into the world—her son, Jo'Nathan Zechariah Williams—a source of boundless joy and inspiration that ignites her spirit every day.

Commitment to Education & Advocacy

Fiercely believing in the transformative power of education, Tyi'Shauwn pursued her studies with relentless determination, culminating in her graduation with a bachelor’s degree in social work on June 8, 2024. For over 28 years, she has dedicated herself to her role as a full-time case manager in the mental health field—championing the voices of those in need, standing as an advocate for change, and weaving together a tapestry of hope within her community.

Currently, she is on an invigorating journey toward a Master of Social Work (MSW) at Pacific Oaks College, illustrating her commitment to growth and learning while harmonizing the demands of work and motherhood.
