Tyi'Shauwn Watkins, MSW
Founder & Executive Director

Tyi'Shauwn Watkins is the Founder and Executive Director of Loving Life Again Foundation, with more than 23 years of experience in behavioral health, housing stability, mental health, crisis intervention, social work, and community leadership. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, she has helped individuals and families overcome barriers to housing, wellness, education, and long-term stability.

Inspired by both her professional journey and lived experience, Tyi'Shauwn established LLAF to create lasting opportunities for healing, empowerment, and hope—connecting underserved youth, adults, and families across Los Angeles and Orange County with the support they need to thrive.

Josel Flores
Administrative Coordinator & Volunteer Program Lead

Josel Flores is a nonprofit operations professional with more than seven years of experience in operations management, grant development, marketing, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships. Originally from the Philippines, she developed a passion for community service through volunteer work with YMCA Philippines, local churches, and disaster relief initiatives.

At Loving Life Again Foundation, Josel oversees organizational operations, grants, marketing, volunteer programs, and strategic partnerships, helping expand trauma-informed services and strengthen communities across Los Angeles and Orange County.

Dr. Christina Garibaldi-Morales
Community Advisory Board Member

Dr. Christina Garibaldi-Morales is a public health leader and Emergency Medicine resident physician dedicated to advancing health equity, behavioral health, and trauma-informed care.

Her expertise in healthcare coordination, case management, and community partnerships helps strengthen LLAF's mission to improve community health and wellness.

Denoval Hawkins
Community Advisory Board Member

Denoval Hawkins is a community leader and youth advocate with more than 20 years of experience serving children and families through the Los Angeles Unified School District.

His expertise in youth mentorship, family engagement, violence prevention, and community resource navigation helps strengthen LLAF's commitment to empowering underserved communities.

Dr. Brittnae Stallworth, Psy.D.
Community Advisory Board Member

Dr. Brittnae Stallworth is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in mental health, trauma, crisis intervention, and substance use treatment.

As a behavioral health leader, she brings expertise in evidence-based, trauma-informed care that supports LLAF's commitment to promoting healing, resilience, and long-term wellness.

Dr. Anthony A. Davis Sr.
Community Advisory Board Member

Dr. Anthony A. Davis Sr. is an educator, pastor, and leadership coach dedicated to youth development, educational equity, and community empowerment.

Through his work in education and faith-based leadership, he helps advance LLAF's mission by fostering mentorship, leadership, and stronger community partnerships.

Coach Reggie Ward
Community Advisory Board Member

Coach Reggie Ward is a leadership coach, motivational speaker, and youth mentor with more than 35 years of experience in education, athletics, and community leadership.

As Founder of L.E.G.A.X.Y. Life Coaching, he inspires individuals to build confidence, leadership, and resilience while advancing LLAF's mission to empower youth and strengthen communities.

The CAB is a diverse group of community stakeholders who meet regularly to:

  • Advise on program development & evaluation

  • Co-design culturally relevant resources & events

  • Identify unmet needs & solutions in the community

  • Ensure LLAF stays aligned with its mission & values

  • Elevate youth & family voice in decision-making
